Bought a Laptop Ultra 9 with a 5080. Which they ordered in. I then changed my mind and wanted a legion 5090 with 128gb. They went out of there way to get one and match or beat other online pricing. Also installed the 128Gb. Great service you don't get at the big stores. Josh and Mick were a pleasure to deal with.

Been shopping with them for over 5 years now! Customer representative: Moustafa Service: Very friendly Knowledge: Very knowledgable Good, and honest recommendations/suggestions. Will accommodate to your budget and doesn’t try to oversell to you! He will let you know the differences between each and you can decide for yourself. Overall price: Very Fair Market price! Basically the same as if you scavenge your own parts! Super worth! They also do recycling and trade in of your used devices (monitors, laptops, pcs, etc). However the trade in value is more of a “convenience”. If you value your convenience of disposing/trading in your old device vs if you sold it privately (you may get more selling it privately) then do a trade in!

Went in to ask if they have a spare M2 SSD mounting screw that I could buy, tall man staff (forgot to get his name unfortunately) was super welcoming and gave me one free of charge. Great service, cool people, would come again!

I couldn’t find my 1.5mm hex and decided to walk into TECS for help. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. They even fixed it for me free of charge! Exceptional service—highly recommend this place for anyone in need of expert assistance!

Wonderful Tech shop. Bought several products from here, and they were very helpful in diagnosing issues regarding my laptop. Lost my wallet here few days ago, and they did all they could to get it back to me with everything intact, shows how trustworthy they are. Would recommend.
